Terms And Conditions.

Deposit: Please note that we require a minimum £20 deposit to secure your booking. Payment can be made via bank transfer or pay pal. Once your deposit is paid the amount will be deducted from your final payment. Your deposit is non refundable however The deposit can then be put towards a future booking with us or can be passed onto family member/or friends to use with one of our products.

Please note for upstairs venue booking our bouncy castles and soft play are about 85kg in weight. so if you have booked a upstairs venue please make sure there venue has a lift for us to use. other wise we can not setup due to health and safety of our insurance and risk to our staff hurting them self.

If your booking is outdoors and bad weather conditions occur on your hire day (heavy rain/high winds etc.) we may need to cancel your booking due to health and safety risks, if this occurs then your deposit can be transferred to another date within 12 months of your hire date.

Payment Terms: The remaining balance is to be paid on delivery of the equipment in cash. or via our text and email payment service what you will get send to you on the day of your party

for private booking only if your final bill is not paid on the day of your party there will additional charges added to the bill everyday your invoices is overdue they will be £10 added per day

Cancellations:
Cancellations within 7 days of the hire date are subject to a 50% charge of the total hire charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of the hire date are subject to a 100% charge of the total hire charge. Cancellations can be made on the day of hire if wet weather occurs (subject to our discretion) as long as at least 1 hours’ notice is given by calling us on 07851277013
If you cancel within the time scales above then your cancellation amount will include deposit amount paid.

our booking system we hold your card information on our system your bank card will only be charged if there is any damage cause to our equipment or if you cancel within the 7 Days of your booking date

Please note: It is the hirers responsibility to check the space required for their chosen inflatable and ensure there is enough space provided, this includes the ceiling height to the lowest part in indoor venues. All sizes are on each inflatable description. On delivery, if the inflatable will not fit in the space provided the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding amount of the hire. We cannot be held responsible if the inflatable does not fit. All required sizes are clearly shown on each description.

Terms and Conditions of Hire
It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Bouncing Castle to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the Inflatable.
Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:
Each unit has an age limit. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.
No adults are to use this Bouncy Castle. (Children’s castles are usually 14 years, Adult castles are 70 years) No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle which will avoid choking and mess (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge from £50.00 depending on unit hired)

All shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges and other sharp objects MUST be removed before using the Bouncy Castle. No party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Bouncy Castle. Only Snazaroo facepaints can be used on any of our inflatables.
No smoking, barbeques or fires within 20 metres of the Bouncy Castle.
Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed at any time. It may also cause damage to the inflatable.

Users must remove their shoes before using the inflatables and put them back on when getting off the inflatable if they wish to use the inflatable again.
A responsible Adult over 18 years of age must supervise the Bouncy Castle at all times.
Always ensure that the Bouncy Castle is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Each inflatable has the amount of uses printed onto it on the safety tag.

Try to avoid large and small Children from using it at the same time. Avoid more boisterous children using the inflatables at the same time as younger children. Adults and children must not use any inflatable at the same time. Please ensure children are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause harm to other children.

Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step under any circumstances as a Child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to aid users in getting on or off the inflatable! Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems is allowed on the Bouncy Castle at any time as indeed any Child who is feeling unwell or ill.

Do not allow anyone to be on the Bouncy Castle during inflation or deflation as this is highly DANGEROUS and could result in serious injury. No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Bouncy Castle at any time.

Please ensure that Children are not attempting somersaults or back flips and are clothed appropriately. (We recommend sock are used, But no shoes to be worn on the inflatable)
Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear of anything that may cause damage or injury to any persons or the inflatable.

The Bouncy Castle should not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area.
In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the Bouncy Castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel once the rain has stopped.

In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately. Then please call us immediately. Any damage or loss to the inflatables will result in the hirer being charged for the repair/ replacement in full and any associated costs including loss of hire etc.

MOBILE DISCO AND PARTY PACKAGE DEALS T&Cs

Make sure there is enough space for setup for our equipment example, Mobile disco needs 4 foot width and 6 foot in height, bouncy castle need 4 to 6 foot all around the bouncy castle to make it safe for the children.

Face painter will also need a table to setup on please let us no if any children have any medical problems and allergies. Make sure all hall ways and entrance to the building are all clear to make it easier for us to setup.

Bad Weather -

In the event of wet weather or high winds, our team will make the decision to cancel your outdoor booking depending on the severity. For the safety of users, inflatables cannot be used in wind speeds of 24mph or more. If canceled, all payments already received may be used as a credit for a future booking.

We us a securely encrypted payment system ‘Square’ stores the clients card details on file. This feature allows the company to collect any final or outstanding balances before and after the clients booking. Square card-on-file also allows the company to charge for any loss, damage, extra requests or cleaning costs to our equipment. The client will be notified in advanced before any charges are taken. When the client agrees to the companies terms and conditions, they are giving the company permission to take payment, whether you complete the order or booking online, via telephone or any other means.
