Do you do both outdoor and indoor events?
Yes, our bouncy castles are suitable for indoor and outdoor events. In the event of light rain, you can use our bouncy castle inflator covers.
Do you have public liability insurance?
We have public liability insurance of £1 million. Safety and insurance documents are available on request.
How safe are your bouncy castles for hire?
Very safe. All our units have their own safety certificates. We provide an extra-long extension lead with an RCD adaptor and padded safety mats for every booking.
Is everyone associated with your company CRB checked?
Yes, any staff provided for events have been checked by the Criminal Records Bureau. This documentation is available on request.
Are there any cancellation fees or booking charges?
Booking deposits arerequired. Cancellations and rescheduled bookings are available up until up 2 day of the event with no charges.
Do you require payment on the day of the hire?
Yes, we require full payment on the day
When do you require the payment and deposit?
Both payments and deposits are required at the start of the hire period.
Can I arrange bouncy castle hire and then charge through pay-per-play?
You are free to do so, but we strongly recommend that you take out public liability insurance in case of any injuries or accidents. We also ask that you do not use images of our castles on promotional materials for your event without first seeking permission.
Can you provide supervisors?
Yes, we can provide supervisors for your event. There is a reasonable cost involved in this service, please ask for more information.
Is your equipment PAT-tested?
Yes, all equipment is PAT-tested every year. if you would like to see a copy of this please view our website www.candykidsentertainment.co.uk
Is your equipment clean?
Yes, our equipment is checked after every hire to ensure it is clean. If you make a mess on our equipment, we ask that you clean it up as quickly and safely as possible. A cleaning charge may be incurred if there is substantial mess and this may be taken out of your deposit. If the equipment is not received in the same condition as it was when it was left with you, we will require an additional cleaning charge of £50 per unit.
What time do you deliver and collect the castles?
We provide flexible delivery and collection times. However, typically we will deliver units at around 9 am to 11 am and collect them around 530 pm. Later collections are available at an additional cost of £10 per hour and over night hire is £30 per booking.
How much space is required for a bouncy castle hire?
You must provide an additional 4ft at the front and back of the bouncy castle for the placement of the blower and to provide easy access. We also recommend that you leave 2ft on either side of the castle. Please ensure that there is plenty of room for us to bring the castle into the area that you would like it to be set up, as we will use a trolley
How long does it take to setup?
Setup times can vary depending on the inflatable location and size of castle. The average set up time is 10 to 15 mins the average time to pack away a castle is also 10 to 15 mins.
